Tuscan chestnut cake with olive oil

A recipe from the typical Tuscan tradition, Castagnaccio.

a very thin cake whose main ingredient is chestnut flour.

For this recipe you will need:

  • 500 g of chestnut flour
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 40 g of EVO oil
  • 5 g of salt
  • 80 g of raisins
  • pine nuts to taste
  • 650g of water
