Description
Production 2023/2024
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil MADDII is obtained from the first cold pressing of the olives in accordance with tradition, working the olives owned, still unripe, hand-picked, within 12 hours of their entry into the mill. The oil thus obtained, of an emerald green colour, is stored in stainless steel containers so that it remains in the dark and without external contact. Only after a short period of natural decantation is it bottled to be sold.
It has an intense and persistent taste, with moderate but perceptible fruity and spicy notes, particularly appreciated by palates which prefer strong flavours. It is ideal for enriching those dishes where the taste of oil must be clearly heard among the flavours of the other ingredients.
OIL CONSERVATION
Store the product in the closed container in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat and direct sunlight. The possible solidification or bottom of the oil is a natural phenomenon that does not affect the quality of the product because it is a living body.
