Today, the Maddii olive mill continues to be a family-run business. A range of products is on sale at its sales room in Levane. In addition to extra virgin olive oil in 1 litre and 5 litre containers, other typical products may be purchased, such as wine, cured meats, cheese, vegetables under oil, aromatic oils, sweets made with extra virgin olive oil, pasta and Tuscan sauces, honey, jams, balsamic vinegar, olive paste, and oil bottles.
At Christmas time, or for other special occasions, the Maddii olive mill prepares gift packs, giving the client the possibility to select both the packaging and the products to be included.
The Maddii mill also has a cosmetic line based on extra virgin olive oil prepared by highly qualified cosmetic experts: moisturizers and nutritives for the face, hand crème, body emulsions, shampoo, bathing foam and soap .
