The Maddii olive mill at Levane-Bucine in Tuscany was founded in 1930 by the great-grandfather of the current owner, Corrado Maddii. The olive mill has always operated respecting Tuscan traditions, processing olives

The obtained oil, which is emerald green in colour, is collected in stainless steel containers to protect it from light and contact with external agents and, after natural decanting, it is bottled for sale. This process has permitted the Maddii olive mill to offer its clients a guaranteed product of very high quality, but at a contained price.
